to be a copy of GCC's ChangeLog.
* ChangeLog.GNUstep: Added GNUstep-specific entries that were
removed from ChangeLog.
* gc.c, sendmsg.c, objc/objc-api.h, objc/objc-list.h, encoding.c,
thr-objc.c: Imported latest changes from GCC's libobjc. See
ChangeLog for details.
